A few years ago, I worked with a robot developer. They had a new release planned for their software control system. On a wall was the Business Model Canvas. I was intrigued. I started looking at the boxes. It contained limited and detailed information in each of the boxes. I asked them how they used it and why they had created it? The answers were obvious. They used it to plan for the new release and identify essential changes in the business model. They are one of the world's most successful robot companies, continuing to expand the business.
