Stockholm Product Conference

Stockholm Product Conference - 19 November

The Next Era of Managing Products

We are entering a new era of managing products.

AI is changing not only how products are built, but what a product actually is. It is also changing customer behavior, buying patterns, expectations, and the logic of entire ecosystems.

Products become solutions. Services become scalable. Software becomes intelligent. And capabilities that once required people and projects can increasingly be embedded directly into the offer.

The challenge is no longer just to improve the product. It is to rethink and repackage what you sell in an AI world. That means redefining the offer, the value, the business model, the go-to-market and sometimes the boundaries between product, service, project, and solution.

At Stockholm Product Conference 2026, we explore how AI is reshaping products, customers, ecosystems, product management, pricing, compliance, go-to-market, and competitive advantage.

Over the years, Stockholm Product Conference has grown into a well established meeting place for the Product Management community. Since our first conference in 2010, we have brought the community together year after year, sharing knowledge, inspiration and perspectives on how to manage products in a changing world.

Today, we are proud to welcome companies such as Saab, Atlas Copco, Scania, Tacton, CAB Group, Stora Enso, Etac, ContextVision, ABB, E.ON, Mycronic and many more.

And that is really the why behind this conference. We love to fuel the Product Management community with more inspiration, more energy and new perspectives. We want to create a place where people can meet, learn from each other and take new ideas back to their organisations.

Built for product leaders in industrial and technology-intensive B2B companies.
